Storm Guard’s service and product was first class and they made the chore of getting a new roof an absolute PLEASURE! I submitted my request through the website and was contacted immediately (first good sign!). Our Sales Rep, Jamar, was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He helped me navigate the claim process with my insurance with endless patience and educated me so that I could select the best shingles for my home. He was in constant contact with me on the progress from beginning to end. We had one minor issue with the rain diverter placement that was resolved immediately and to our satisfaction. Doug, the owner, even visited the site to be sure we were satisfied while the job was in-progress – what a great guy and an expert in his field! Honest Company with Quality Service
We had gone through multiple local contracting companies to have our roof assessed from a prior hail storm. No one could give us the answers that we wanted until we called StormGuard. Not only did they come out quickly, but they easily assessed our damage and created a plan of action to get our roof replaced, not repaired. From the minute Brandon arrived at our home, he was courteous, knowledgeable, and determined to provide the best customer service possible. Awesome Roofing Company
Called today about a leak, they sent Brandon out a few hours later. A competitor wanted to charge me $395. Brandon found some lose shingles and sealed them. He could not find anything else with the roof and said sealing the shingles will take care of the leak. Thank you so much Storm Guard and Brandon for coming out the same day of your busy season and being so professional and friendly. Would highly recommend Storm Guard to others and will be using them in the future!

We cannot say enough good things about working with Doug Toler, Hugo Cordova and Kim Graham of Storm Guard Restoration of Dulles. They are professional, honest, efficient, and pleasant work with. They followed though with everything they said they were going to do. Our old roof had hail damage. Hugo’s knowledge and expertise was very helpful in working through the process with our homeowner’s insurance company. He kept in touch with us and coordinated anything that was needed. Our new roof was installed by a 7 man crew in one day. We could not be happier with the results. Storm Guard Restoration of Dulles has our highest recommendation.

I finally, with only a few days remaining called on Storm Guard to correct the remaining items. They instantly mobilized and were able to get all of the items completed including perfectly matching and replacing 10-year-old section of outdoor siding and repairing other complicated issues. Roland and Guy did a wonderful job on the shed...they took it from a useless and gross mess to a bright, clean and useful workspace/storage space. They were also happy to do a couple small things for us (like replace a ceiling fan), and they did an excellent job as well. The crew that worked on the roof did a great job also, and they did a fantastic job cleaning up...we haven't run across any nails or debris at all. We have never had any home improvement project go as well as with StormGuard, and we couldn't recommend Storm Guard (and especially Brandon) highly enough!

I noticed some leaking coming through the roof in my house and gave them a call and left a voicemail to set up a free consultation. Jamar called me back almost immediately and was able to set up with a timely appointment. On the day of, Jamar was timely, friendly and I was very impressed with how knowledgeable he was. Even on a very windy day, he didn't hesitate to climb on top of my roof to do a close up inspection and even took pictures of some problem areas he noticed. He explained what he thought the issues were and thoroughly laid out what repairs needed to be done. Because I plan on paying for the repairs out of pocket, I will be shopping around, however, I definitely had a very positive experience and if they end up being the most affordable, I wouldn't hesitate to go with them.

Hands down best service around!! I needed roof work done from the initial estimate to completion in less than a week for closing! I called around and took multiple bids. I was educated by my roofer Brandon and come to find out at the end of the job he is actually a sales manager but could understand our situation and put on his own boots to get the job done! My husband had just returned from deployment and he never once led us the wrong way. He went above and beyond not only ...in service, but price and quality of work as well! His entire is a blessing to work with. They are fairly priced and don’t do cheap work but they don’t price high to pull one over on you either! Furthermore he drove from Chantilly all the way to locust grove for the estimate before he even knew if he got the job!! Idc if you’re in Stafford, Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, Orange, Woodbridge or more I’m telling you stop searching now or at the very least get an estimate! This company didn’t know us nor need to give us any favors and they were a blessing from God! They support their military and are honest good working men and women!!!
